Hugh is a highly experienced c-suite Director with a track record of successful business transformation and leading expertise in pricing, analytics, and AI.

Prior to joining CGICE, Hugh worked for a leading UK insurer as their Personal Lines Pricing Director and held the position of Underwriting Committee Chair. Hugh brings a wealth of pricing and marketing experience from different industry sectors in the UK and Europe. Hugh has also been involved in several Insurance Industry related committees, including Chair of the MIB Data Services Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the Joint Working Committee of the ABI and SMMT.
